Our in-house Quality Control department plays a vital role in delivering the service you anticipate, and encompasses the following: Tensile tester with a 500,000 lb. capacity for conducting destructive testing of fasteners up to 1.5" diameter
- Hardness and core testing, as well as superficial surface hardness testing
- Camber machine for verifying straightness
- Complete dimensional inspection utilizing over 230-setting plug gauges and 1100-thread ring gauges
- Precision-calibrated gauge blocks for calibrating calipers and micrometers
